It starts like this:
How will Alabama citizens possibly live without a law outlining a bounty system for killing beavers? And how can we survive if we have no law mandating that if garfish are caught, they must be killed before returning them to the water? And what will we do if cotton buyers no longer need a license? Or without licenses for performing magic (or, to quote it exactly, “legerdemain” and “sleight of hand”)?
