The two most substantive candidates for president, Rick Santorum and Bobby Jindal, have each proposed superb tax-reform plans in the past week. The plans are very different from each other, but either approach would be a vast improvement over what we have now.
I’ll write more about Santorum’s plan, which just came out Monday, later. But late last week I secured a private 15-minute phone interview with Jindal to discuss his plan, and wrote about it at National Review.
