It was a dead heat. And the final tally, with seven free-agent delegates floating around, probably will not be known for many weeks. I explain here, while saying that the media needs to stop slaking its thirst to (artificially) declare a “winner.” (Oh, and my arguments rely on a lot more than just the experiences with coin flips.)
